Terms of Service

Zabetha is a nutrition-tracking and coaching service provided by شركة مابعد التقنية (mabaad altqnia Company, trading as BeyondTech). It has three plans: Free, Plus and Premium. Using the Free plan costs nothing. For a paid plan, we will show you the price and what is included before you pay, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

This app and its AI coach are not a medical device, not a healthcare provider, and do not diagnose or treat any condition. Do not start, stop, or change any medication, supplement, or diet based on anything in this app. Consult a qualified healthcare professional. If you may be having a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

Gemini-generated briefs, chat replies, meal suggestions, and nutrition figures extracted from labels or text are statistical estimates and are regularly wrong about numbers. Verify anything that matters before relying on it. AI features send some of your data to Google; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what.

Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

• Do not upload other people's data without their consent.
• Do not attempt to access another user's data.
• Do not abuse the AI features — rate limits apply and are enforced.
• Do not upload or submit illegal content.

Coach/client relationships are arranged directly between users. The operator is not a party to, and does not vet, any coaching relationship. Accepting a coach request grants that person broad read access to your data — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that includes. Coaches must not redistribute what they see. If a coach uses an AI summary, they must use it only to support that client, and must not paste a client's data into any other AI tool or service.

This app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. It is in beta. Data loss is possible. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you make based on the app or its AI. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend an account for abuse or breach of these terms. You may stop using Zabetha at any time and ask us to erase your account by emailing privacy@beyondtech.sa; we will handle the request as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The date and version at the top always show the latest one. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Zabetha after they take effect, you accept the new terms; if you do not agree, you can stop using it and ask us to erase your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
